Appointments & Consultations
New patients are always welcome.
New patient appointments are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with late hours only on Monday and Wednesday. We have extended hours on Mondays and Wednesdays, allowing the convenience of seeing Dr. Hunsaker after normal work hours. Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
While we do not participate in any insurance plans, Medicare, or Medicaid, in appropriate cases, we can provide you with the necessary codes and information to file with your insurer for reimbursement.
We accept cash, check or credit card. Financing is also available.
While most of our patients pay for their procedures with cash, check or credit card, many choose to finance some or all of their obligation. Our staff is fully trained to quickly assist you in determining your approved financing amount from one of our many available options. Usually, an answer can be obtained within minutes of submitting the required information during your visit. Approval prior to your visit can also be obtained.
Dr. Hunsaker provides CareCredit, which offers viable financing options for your particular needs.
The following forms can be downloaded to your computer and printed at home. By filling out these forms ahead of time you will save significant time at the time of your visit. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.
